Staff Handbook

The CCA staff handbook outlines staff and student policies, explains the CAS strands and Lasallian Values and provides instructions and examples of steps and requirements for new and existing CCA proposals.

Off-Site Risk Assessment and Control Measures

All CCAs that leave the school campus (except sport) must complete and submit a completed risk assessment and review the developed control measures instructions. Staff must make a copy of the risk assessment template and share the completed document to the CASL coordinator, outdoor education coordinator and Assistant Principal Enrichment for review. 

Service CCA Handbook

The Service CCA Handbook provides key information for teachers who are leading or supporting Service CCAs. This includes: suggested service session framework, fundraising procedures and constraints and an explanation of the service learning cycle.

SOCS Handbook

This SOCS Handbook outlines how to navigate SOCS and mark student attendance.

CAS Supervisor Handbook

As the facilitator of a CCA, it is likely that IBDP students in grades 11-12 may ask you to be their CAS supervisor.
