SOCS Booking System

SJII use a booking system called SOCS to facilitate CCA enrollment. The platform can be accessed via the school portal or by using this SOCS Booking System link. A brief 'how to' enroll guide can be accessed via these brief slides. Please note that students must login using their school email in order to access the platform.

To ensure the sign-up process is fair, students will initially be able to select their first preference choice in the specified two day window. After this initial enrollment period, the SOCS booking system will be reopened for three days and allow students to sign themselves up into any remaining CCA places.

The signup for most CCAs works on a first-come, first-served basis, so please be aware that the SOCS register will automatically close when each activity is full. Some CCAs however are 'by invite only' such as debating, musical performance groups and some competitive sports. Enrollment for invite only CCAS is dependent on trials, experience and expertise.

Students can only sign up for a maximum of three CCAs via SOCS. However, if a student does want to participate in more than three activities, this will be considered on a case by case basis. 

In Term 2 2024 the sign up dates are as follows:

• First Round Sign-up dates: Wednesday, 17th of July, commencing at 5 pm until Thursday the 18th at 8 pm.

• Second Round Sign-up dates: Friday 19th commencing at 7 am until Sunday 21st at 8 pm.

The CCA season will commence on Monday, the 12th of August and extends until Friday, the 15th of November 2024.
