‘The Torch’ is a newspaper CCA where a group of 10-20 students collaborate to write articles about numerous topics. Some examples are Politics and War, School events, Business, Science and tech, the arts, etc. The CCA aims to inform, explore issues, and offer opinions through our news reports to build awareness and ensure our peers know what is happening worldwide, encourage more reading, and foster a curiosity for new subject matters that they read about.

Quality Education: 'The Torch' offers experiential learning opportunities that extend beyond the classroom. Students connect article topics to class subjects and utilise academic skills to enhance their writing, reflecting the Lasallian dedication to helping them achieve their full potential.
Respect for all Persons: This value is embodied through active student engagement in raising awareness for important community and global events.
