The Grade 7 Catholic Enrichment Programme is a compulsory component for all Grade 7 Catholic students. In alignment with our Lasallian mission, the school is dedicated to offering every student, particularly those of the Catholic faith, opportunities for faith development, growth, and deepening. As such, the school has established an enrichment programme aimed at helping students gain a deeper appreciation of their faith, cultivate a sense of community and friendship, explore their talents, and engage in various service opportunities through school ministries. Within this programme, students will find a welcoming and supportive environment among their fellow students led by the Lasallian Catholic Youth, enabling them to share and interact. Studens will actively participate in reflections, prayers, discussions, activities, games, and socials.

CAS Strand: Creativity

The Grade 7 Catholic Enrichment Programme directly aligns with the CAS Creativity strand by providing students with engaging discussions, activities, and opportunities to actively participate in reflections and prayers. These components of the program encourage students to be active while exploring their faith, cultivating a sense of community, and discovering their talents, all of which contribute to their personal and spiritual growth.

Lasallian Principles: Faith in the Presence of God, Respect for All Persons and Inclusive Community

The Grade 7 Catholic Enrichment Programme embodies key Lasallian principles that are grounded in our Catholic identity. It provides a space for students to engage, grow, and deepen their faith life, fostering a profound sense of God's presence in their lives. This program also exemplifies the Lasallian value of respect for all individuals, creating an inclusive community open to students of all backgrounds, where mutual respect, interaction, and dialogue thrive. Additionally, it is a testament to the Lasallian commitment to building inclusive communities, facilitating interactions among students to appreciate their faith, establish friendships, discover unique talents, and explore opportunities for service. This sense of community extends to all participants, regardless of the level of their faith or beliefs, ensuring that everyone is embraced within the Lasallian family.
