Marine Magazine

This service is to raise awareness to the school community about endangered marine life. We plan to help spread awareness by partnering up with multiple marinelife groups (eg. Olive ridley, MWRP). We plan on helping multiple endangered marine wildlife (eg. dolphins, turtles, whale sharks, manta rays). With collaborations such as these, we can make a greater impact.

CAS Strand: Service

This service CCA aligns with the service strand, as we are helping to contribute to the marine wildlife community in hopes of helping them and raising awareness and donations so that we can preserve the limited marine creatures that we have left. We focus on threats to marine life, marine habitat protection, the importance of these marine life ecosystems, and what we can do to help and support.

Lasallian Principles: Quality Education

Students can learn more about the marine world and environment through this CCA. This CCA will provide puzzles and creative ways to learn more about marine wildlife. Such puzzles include crosswords, word searches, and spot the difference. We will also be including some short articles about the project groups we are working with as well as a fun and enriching comic at the end. With the recent trend of solving puzzles on the rise, we want our school community to be aware and supportive of our cause in a fun and informative way.
