Chess CLub

Every Thursday, students come together to have an opportunity to engage in the Chess Club, in which they pair up and play with each other. The emphasis is to learning to play chess, improve their concentration and exercise their minds and most importantly, have fun.

CAS Strand: Creativity

This CCA gives students the opportunity to develop their concentration and think creatively. Students are encouraged to think constructively and anticipate the opponents moves on the chess board and devise strategies to counter them.
