Hustle Hub is an entrepreneurship-focused CCA where a group of 12 students will collaborate to develop innovative business ideas and initiatives. The activity will be divided into phases including idea generation, market research, business planning, pitching, and execution. The unique aspect of this CCA is that 50% of all profits from successful ventures will be allocated to service projects, benefiting the local community or a chosen cause, while the other 50% will be reinvested to sustain future business ideas.
CAS Strand: Creativity and Service
The CCA emphasises creativity and service through innovative business idea generation, business model development, and designing service projects to meet community needs. Students engage in practical skill-building by prototyping ideas and conducting market research. Service is highlighted through allocating profits to community projects, fostering social responsibility, and selecting service initiatives aligned with members’ interests. Regular reflections help students assess the impact of their efforts and their role as responsible entrepreneurs.
Lasallian Principles: Concern for the Poor and Social Justice and Inclusive Community

The commitment to donating profits to charitable initiatives instills the importance of giving back, nurturing a lifelong dedication to service.
Inclusive Community: By promoting collaboration among students from diverse backgrounds, the CCA aligns with the Lasallian focus on creating a supportive, inclusive environment.
