The Chembio Society

The ChemBio Society is a dynamic, student-led science CCA. This activity welcomes all students who share a passion for chemistry and biology! Students will be delving deeper into topics of interest as directed by the participants and participate in fascinating experiments. All students will have the chance to share their results, conclusions, and discoveries at the end. The ChemBio Society aims to support students throughout the scientific process including planning, experimenting, collecting data, etc. And most importantly, have an enjoyable time during these sessions. 

CAS Strand: Creativity

Within Science classrooms, established curricula guide teachers and students' learning and experiments. In this CCA, students are given time, space, and support to explore areas of scientific interest, encouraging them to challenge existing conclusions, conduct experiments and come to their own conclusions using critical and creative thinking.
