Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

In the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) CCA, students will learn essential grappling techniques, leverage principles, and positional strategies. They'll develop proficiency in takedowns, submissions, and escapes, fostering physical fitness, mental discipline, and strategic thinking. Through structured training sessions, participants will enhance their self-defense skills, build confidence, and cultivate a sense of camaraderie within the BJJ community.

BJJ is a highly beneficial physical activity as it enhances cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness while simultaneously honing self-defense skills and fostering mental discipline.
