An opportunity to engage your love of Indian culture and time to work on interesting activities like Henna, Indian dance, rangoli, simple cooking ideas & Hindi basic words conversation, mythological warriors stories, Indian weddings and ritual experiences, Indian traditional games, karaoke session, Indian festival activities and more interesting activities.
CAS Strand: Creativity
Students will learn unique styles, intricate designs, elegance, and technique. They will experiment with different types of music, and create a new vocabulary of movement and new forms of presentation.
Lasallian Principles: Respect For All Persons
Knowledge from this CCA will provide students with an understanding of Indian culture and values. They will learn folk songs and classical dance from different cultures and will try to understand and appreciate the cultures of others and build up a sense of community.
