The CCA benefits students of all fitness levels by improving athletic performance, reducing injury risk, and boosting overall health and movement quality. It combines strength training, conditioning exercises, and often includes flexibility and mobility work.
Teachers will support students to help design workout routines specific to the students personal goals.
