Pop Culture Club provides an exciting way for students to unleash their creativity. By diving into the vibrant world of pop culture, students will engage in thought-provoking discussions and allow them to voice and appreciate the artistry and storytelling within popular mainstream music. Moreover, through activities like designing newsletters and posters, students will use and develop their creative arts skills and master the art of visual and written communication. These experiences will empower them to craft engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and cultures in SJII.

This CCA promotes an inclusive community by bringing students with interests in pop culture together, so they may bond based on shared interests. Through involvement in discussions and the creation of material students will develop important skills to prepare them for life after SJII for example how to distinguish fake news, the dangers of misinformation and the importance of evidence and sources.
