This CCA is an exciting opportunity to make new friends and learn Sign Language and shed light on Deaf Culture in the world today. We're open to beginner and advanced signers alike with all participants working collaboratively to learn! Whether you are just learning your ABCs, or are a seasoned signer, we welcome YOU.
CAS Strand: Service
By learning sign language, participants of this CCA are equipped with valuable skills to enable the to communicate with the wider community. Students can use these skills to support other CCA programs like that at Cheshire Homes and more broadly in the community.
Lasallian Principles: Quality Education
Participants of this CCA are developing their language skills so that they may help support and communicate people with hearing impairments. These skills will enable students to confidently communicate with members in the school community and beyond.
