CAS Strand: Activity
As you will be Physically active throughout your fitness sessions this fits perfectly under the Activity strand of CAS. Each week we will apply the principals of training to ensure we are progressing throughout the 12 week block.

All students who attend this CCA will be respected, regardless of fitness level and ability. We will build an inclusive community for all members of the club and support each other and celebrate success. This CCA will also give you the tools to live active and healthy lifestyles after your have left SJI International.
