Wind Band Beginners

Have you ever wanted to play trumpet, clarinet, or any other wind or brass instrument? Mr Fantom and Mr Hughes are offering to teach complete beginners a wind or brass instrument from scratch in a small Wind Band group. By joining the band you will be starting from the beginning on a wind or brass instrument and learning to read the notes and play along with others. The school will provide the instruments and the weekly tuition from our Music teachers, the students only need to practice and turn up every week.

CAS Strand: Creativity

This CCA gives students a chance to formally learn an instrument in a small group setting. Playing instruments is a complex creative and often cited as an accepted creative endeavour for CAS.
