Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact, self-refereed team sport played with a flying disc frisbee. The game consists of two teams of seven players competing on a playing field about the same length as a football field, but narrower. At each end of the playing field, there is an end zone. Each team defends one end zone. They score a goal if one of their players catches the disc in the opposite end zone.

During scheduled CCA sessions, students will learn and practice key skills before playing games.

This CCA provides students with the opportunity to play a team sport which promotes a healthy lifestyle, and is a fun way of physical exertion.

This CCA promotes an inclusive community as anyone can join regardless of gender, experience, height, size or age. There is no prior experience needed to join, which means that anyone can join as long as they have an interest and are happy to improve.
