If you love racket sports but want something more fast-paced, social, and exciting, Padel is for you! Played in an enclosed glass court, it combines the best elements of tennis and squash.

Whether you’ve never picked up a racket or you’re looking to sharpen your game, our 90-minute weekly sessions at the stunning Prime Padel Dempsey will elevate your skills. You will train directly under expert coaches, mastering everything from foundational drives to utilising the glass walls for spectacular trick shots.

Important Logistics Note: School bus transport will be provided to the venue from school. All students will be dismissed directly from Prime Padel Dempsey after the session ends.

CAS Strand: Activity

The Padel CCA directly fulfills the Activity strand of CAS by engaging students in purposeful physical exertion that promotes a healthy lifestyle, while challenging them to master a rapidly growing global sport. Under the guidance of expert coaches during the 90-minute sessions, students step out of their comfort zones to develop entirely new reflexes, spatial awareness, and technical skills, such as playing shots off the glass walls. Because padel is inherently a doubles sport, it actively fosters collaboration and communication, directly addressing the CAS learning outcome of recognising the benefits of teamwork through dynamic, shared physical challenges.
